What we process

If you write or call us. We process your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, so that we can reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where the discussion leads to a contract, the performance of that contract or pre-contractual steps. The same applies to messages sent through the contact form on this website.

When you visit this website. The web server keeps a log of the pages accessed, containing the page requested, the time of access, the browser type and the referring page. Visitors' IP addresses are not recorded: they are removed before the log is written to disk. The log does not allow anyone to be identified, and we use it only to know how many people visit the website and which pages they read. It is kept for a maximum of 30 days and is then deleted automatically.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, does not store identifiers in your browser, and contains no analytics or advertising tracking tools.

External resources

This site loads no resources from third-party services. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are served from the same server as the rest of the page.

Who we share data with

This website is hosted on a server rented from netcup GmbH (Karlsruhe, Germany), located in a data centre in Vienna, Austria. The domain's DNS zone is managed by Cloudflare, Inc. E-mail services are provided by Zoho Corporation, in its European Union data centre. These are the providers that may process technical data on our behalf. Your traffic to this website does not pass through Cloudflare: the service only answers DNS queries, as the proxy function is disabled. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered via ZeptoMail, Zoho Corporation's transactional e-mail service, in its European Union data centre. Form content is not stored on the website server: it is sent by e-mail and nothing more.

Email correspondence passes through our email provider, which processes it as a processor under contract and only as far as necessary to provide the service.

We may disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the ongoing discussion and thereafter for the period required by the archiving obligations applicable to the commercial relationship.

Technical system logs, which contain no data about website visitors, are kept for a maximum of 30 days and are then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and data portability. To exercise them, write to us at office@quadrart.ro.

If our response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), 28-30 G-ral Gheorghe Magheru Blvd, district 1, Bucharest, dataprotection.ro.
