Planner terms of use
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. What these terms are
These terms apply to the use of the Quadrart Development Planner application, at planner.quadrart.ro (the application). The application belongs to Quadrart Wave S.R.L., registered office at 9 Prof. Ion Filibiliu St., building 2, room 1, apt. 28, District 3, Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/8008/29.04.2022, VAT ID RO46030913 (Quadrart). Contact: office@quadrart.ro, +40 740 057 440.
Access to the application is sold only to companies, under a contract concluded separately with Quadrart (the contract). The company that concludes the contract is the client. By user we mean anyone with an account in the application: the client's people and their guests.
These terms form part of the contract. Where the contract differs from the terms, the contract prevails.
How we process personal data is described in the Planner privacy policy.
2. Your account
- You cannot create an account yourself. An account is created by a Quadrart administrator or through an invitation.
- When you create your account from an invitation, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
- Your password is yours and you do not give it to anyone else. If you suspect someone has learned it, change it and let us know at office@quadrart.ro.
- Access may end on a date set by whoever invited you or by the client. On that date access closes automatically.
- The demonstration on the sign-in page lasts 15 minutes, with no account and no data required. Its project is deleted at the end.
3. Plans and caps
- What each plan includes and what it costs is shown on the pricing page. The client's price and plan are those in the contract.
- Quadrart changes the plan at the client's request. The client does not change it from within the application.
- When a cap is reached, the application refuses only what is new where the cap would be used up (a new project, an invitation, an upload, an automated reading, a question to the Assistant) and says which cap was reached. Nothing that already exists is blocked or deleted.
- The Cumpără (Buy) button in the application sends a request to Quadrart. It collects no payment and does not change the cap by itself. The application takes no payments and issues no invoices; invoicing follows the contract.
4. What you do and do not do in the application
- You put into the application only data and documents you have the right to use and to share with those you share them with.
- If you upload documents with other people's personal data, the client is responsible for having a legal basis to process it.
- You do not upload executable programs; the application refuses them.
- You do not try to get around the caps, access rights or security of the application, or to access data that is not shown to you.
5. What the application gives you: recommendations, not decisions
The schedule and the lists of approvals are recommendations. The application calculates them from your answers and from the rules written by Quadrart. Responsibility for the permit file and for the deadlines filed remains the client's.
Automatically generated results. The Quadrart Assistant's answers and the data proposed by automated document reading are generated automatically, may contain errors and are not legal or technical advice. Check them before you use them.
6. Liability
Quadrart is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the application's recommendations or of automatically generated results, to the extent permitted by law. Liability for material damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence is neither excluded nor limited.
7. Availability and maintenance
We do everything we can to keep the application running without interruption, but we do not guarantee an availability percentage. We announce maintenance work in advance. An availability percentage can be agreed only in an Enterprise contract.
8. Security and incidents
If a personal data breach affecting the application occurs, we notify the client without undue delay, and in any case within 72 hours of becoming aware of it. The security measures we have, and those we do not, are set out in the privacy policy.
9. The client's data
- The data the client puts into the application remains the client's. Quadrart processes it only to provide the application, under the contract and the privacy policy.
- Quadrart administrators have access to all data in the application and use it only for operating, maintaining and securing the application and for support.
- When the contract ends, the client may request an export of the data, and Quadrart deletes it within 30 days. Quadrart carries out the export and the deletion manually. The export includes the archives of the data rooms, companies and transactions, the Excel lists and the schedule as PDF; the history and the answers cannot be exported as data. Data leaves the backups by itself within at most 12 months.
10. Rights in the application
The application, meaning the software, the rules by which it calculates, the texts, the guide and the graphic elements, belongs to Quadrart and is protected by copyright. The contract gives you the right to use it for its duration, not to copy it, modify it or offer it to others. The names Quadrart and Quadrart Development Planner may not be used without our consent.
11. Suspension and end of access
A client's access may be suspended or ended under the conditions in the contract. While suspended, the client cannot enter the application and receives no e-mails from it, and its data remains untouched.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date of last update shown at the top.
We notify clients in advance, by e-mail, of significant changes, and at your next sign-in the application asks you to accept the new version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts at Quadrart's registered office.
